Meet Me

My name is Sencee (SEN-SEE like that thing our eyes do). I'm the person behind the jewelry. Odeur d'Or began in 2023 out of a hate of day job in LA's Film/TV world and a love of adornment and creativity. My real exposure to jewelry began almost 2 decades ago when I worked with my clothing designer mother. She carried antique and modern fine jewelry, as well as her own unique creations...it was the first taste of the bigger world of jewelry.

In the last few years, I started to buy fine jewelry for myself. It's been a surprising journey much more about inspiration, self discovery and self worth than I would have expected. Odeur d’Or is a culmination of many parts of my life and work experience coming together into a new adventure.

I started this business with the intention to only sell estate and vintage fine jewelry, but it transformed into something else. My love of the hunt, playing and alteration lead me to create modern pieces with a focus on versatility. Often called connectors in the jewelry world, I like to think of these pieces as even a little more than that. Often small key pieces that can totally change the way you wear and use your collection. For sustainability vintage is best, but I hope these creations validate their new construction by doing something a little differently.
