Sales Policy

All sales are final.

All estate or vintage pieces were previously owned and loved. This means that they may have wear, damage or the character the comes with surviving! We will always do our best to describe and show any obvious signs of wear.  We want you to LOVE your purchase, so please ask questions and we will provide additional information via e-mail bonjour@odeurdor.com or via DM on Instagram @odeurdor .

Made-to-Order pieces are also final sale, but are new construction. If there is a manufacturing defect upon your pieces arrival please reach out immediately to discuss correction.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
