Kinda kilt pin vibes. Had to grab this even though orientation of stone makes this a little harder to use in a neck stack. 14k yellow gold big safety pin has a cabochon stone that looks like turquoise(has not been evaluated). There appears to be a high karat wash on this pieces, but wear shows the rosy yellow gold in certain areas.
