I stopped myself from converting this…but that’s what I would do. I’d take off the pin and add bail or actually 2, one on each end, so it could be worn like an extender or pendant. Such a pretty very vintage, if not antique 14k yellow gold brooch with opal 3 leaf clover with a garnet cab center and 2 of the cutest, but tiniest flowers with a pearl centers. Stones have not been evaluated by a gemologist, these are my unqualified presumptions!
