This is just a most-est little ring! It's 13k yellow gold butterfly ring framed in gold dots and featuring super bright opals. Sz 6. Butterfly - 9/16". Back of band width - 2.2mm. 3.79g. XRF - 13.41k. Stamped "NP 14K". Estate.
I am not a gemologist. I can't say if these are natural or lab opals. They are quite small, so even looking at general giveaways for lab is difficult.
