This is a 18k yellow gold reproduction of an Alexander Great/Athena Tetradrachm from Thrace. Beautifully weight, solid construction and a cool bit of history. Width is 5/8" Height is 7/8" including bail (inner dimension 4mm). 5.42g. Stamped "750" on reverse.
